My life has been a journey that began with dance at the age of 4, a path that led me to earn a degree in Contemporary Dance from the National Academy of Dance in Rome in 2015. For me, dance is a form of intense communication, a way to express emotions and release tension through movement.
Encountering Yoga has enriched my journey, opening me up to a new awareness of body and mind. This discovery inspired me to travel to Bali, where I deepened my practice and became a Yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance. I specialized in Yoga for children and teenagers, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, and qi gong.
For me, both dance and Yoga are paths of exploration and healing, powerful tools for deeply connecting with oneself and others.
My commitment goes beyond personal practice, as I share my passion for movement by teaching people with Parkinson's in the Dance Well project.
This work allows me to see every day how dance and Yoga can be sources of well-being and freedom, reaffirming my belief that movement is essential for a balanced and harmonious life.
