Vinyasa | Pre-Post Natal | Yin | Yoga for Children
I was drawn to the practice of Yoga 10 years ago to overcome some injuries while I was studying at the National Academy of Dance. In 2018, I obtained my Yoga Alliance certification at the Santosha Yoga Institute in Bali, Indonesia.

My classes are characterized by a deep listening to the body's sensations, through careful and mindful movement.
My practice is influenced by my deep connection with dance, and by my studies in Chinese Medicine, Tai-Chi, and Qi-Gong, disciplines that I had the opportunity to delve into at the Oriental Fitness Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
CHILDREN YOGA
Movement as nourishment for the body and mind
I focus on developing movement education activities that encourage creativity, the appreciation of pleasure and playfulness, and the preparation of the body for conscious listening and exploration.
In an increasingly uncertain future where we don't know what career paths today's children will have,
it's essential to stimulate their creativity starting from movement.
Why get children to practice yoga?
✺Yoga not only allows for physical exercise, improving health starting with cardiovascular circulation, without forgetting flexibility and balance, but it also helps improve concentration, learn to express oneself freely, become aware of one's body and breath, and learn calmness.
✺Indeed, Yoga also helps reduce stress, anxiety, and aggressive behaviors, and can be useful in conjunction with cognitive-behavioral therapy.
